Quantitative Analysis Of The Relation Between Environment Of Urban And Development Of Urban In Dalian

Coordinated integrated environment of urban and development of urban is the important avenue that carries out sustainable development. This paper bases on the ecological theory, sustainable development theory, and the domestic and foreign research result and practical experience on urban ecological environment, the thesis, uses principal component analysis method, fuzzy mathematics and fractal theory, to quantitatively analyze and assess the environment of urban and development of urban and their coordination of the system, development trend and potential from 1996 to 2005 in Dalian.The result shows that: the synthesized development index of environment of urban system was higher than development of urban system inl996. After 1996, the result was converse. Since 2003, development of urban system has taken the lead. And they present double volute; Coordination of environment system of urban and development system of urban in Dalian at different periods is mutative, but all is in the coordinative the scope, and proceeds wavelike. The H values of two systems are 0.9865 and 0.905. They have the very strong growth trend and potential. And environment of urban system is higher than development of urban system. It proves that the synthesized development index of environment of urban system will catch up with development of urban system. Two systems will be harmonious. The analysis proves that the benign environment of urban and development of urban interact well. Environment of urban system affords good impulse to development of urban system. Development of urban system affords environment of urban system to condition of economy and civilization.Combine the realities and shortages in recent years to propose the main countermeasure to regional sustainable development.
