An acid IEF based on ES fiber was prepared by using plasma-initiated polymerization. The involved treatment parameters of all methods were studied systematically including plasma parameters (gas atmosphere, plasma power, treating time, treating pressure etc) and grafting parameters (temperature, concentration, time etc). Moreover, IR and NMR were used to research mechanism of synthesis and characterize the surface properties of the IEF such as chemical composition and morphological structure, also, TG and SEM were used to token physical and chemical properties of IEF. The regeneration and chemical stability were determined. The adsorption properties of the prepared function fiber for dye sewage of cationic brilliant red were studied. The adsorption parameters including temperature, origin concentration and pH were determined. According to Freundlish experienced isothermal expression, curve of lgQe to lgCe was described, the relationship between the two parameters was linearity; It indicated that the reaction was easy to go.The results showed that adsorption capacity of the fiber for cationic brilliant red was up to 97.6mg/g.
