The Production Quality Control Of Batch Bulk Polypropylene Industry

Polypropylene is a thermoplastic polymer polymerized by propylene monomer. Since the industrialization of 1957, polypropylene has been became one of the fastest development variety of he current resin. There are four techniques of polypropylene producing : the solvent polymerize , the liquid bulk polypropylene, the gas polymerize, and the liquor polymerize. Since the industrialization of 1978 polypropylene techniques ,the liquid bulk polypropylene is abroad used in polypropylene production of many refinery of china. It is because this technique has several trait e.g. :short flow ,simple process operating ,low producing cost , little equipment investing ,good economy benefit . But because it has intermittence operational process, instability propylene material , manus adding three catalyst ,and it hasn't currently quality analyses instrument ,so it has a difficulty quality control. Recent years, the factory of batch liquid bulk polypropylene already had some research in the production-self quality,but had little study on the production quality control. So ,it is in dire need to be discussed that quality control of batch liquid bulk polypropylene.This paper analyzed particularly on the quality control in the technics of batch liquid bulk polypropylene , and analyzed each factor influencing the polypropylene production quality in the whole process of production. This paper also analyzed material refine , control of polymerizing process, producing optimize ,choice of catalyst, quality of packing, especially control of polypropylene melt index form two side of technic and management.
