This paper introduces the characteristics of polypropylene,industrial applications,development status at home and abroad,and innovations and breakthroughs in polypropylene technology.Nine commonly used polypropylene processes are listed,and the polypropylene process flow is described in detail.In particular,the industrial application,structural principle,working principle,application characteristics and research status of domestic and foreign polypropylene loop reactors are introduced.In this paper,the influence of flow rate and temperature of polypropylene loop reactor on the inner loop was studied.Firstly,by using AUTOCAD,SOLIDWORKS,ANSYS MESH and other software,the establishment of two-dimensional engineering drawing,three-dimensional model and mesh division of polypropylene loop reactor is carried out,and the mathematical model and boundary conditions are established at the same time.Secondly,by using the fluid mechanics software(FLUENT)to solve the three-dimensional model,through the calculation,the hydrodynamic simulation diagram of the solid-liquid two-phase secondary flow inside the polypropylene loop reactor can be obtained.The fluid in the flow field under normal conditions Streamline diagram,velocity vector diagram,velocity cloud diagram,pressure cloud diagram and turbulent kinetic energy cloud diagram,velocity cloud diagram,pressure cloud diagram and turbulent kinetic energy cloud diagram in the flow field under different working conditions,temperature cloud diagram in the flow field under different temperatures,and by using ANSYS The software obtains the stress cloud diagram of the expansion of the expansion joint under the action of external force and temperature difference.Finally,through the research and comparative analysis of the above simulation calculation results,it is further judged under which working conditions the structural design of the polypropylene loop reactor is the most reasonable,the propylene polymerization reaction can be carried out normally and smoothly,and the internal temperature of the loop reactor The distribution is more uniform,which is more favorable to the propylene polymerization reaction,and optimization and improvement are carried out according to the analysis results;at the same time,it is verified whether the expansion displacement of the expansion joint affected by the temperature is consistent with the expansion displacement of the cylinder,and the stress constraint caused by the asynchronous expansion is reduced;and the third strength theory and the fourth strength theory are used to evaluate the total stress level after the superposition of the temperature difference between the inner and outer tubes of the loop reactor.The research content of this paper is not only based on the browsing and learning of a large number of Chinese and foreign literature,but also combined with the learning of the polypropylene loop reactor in the process of structural design,manufacturing,delivery and transportation,on-site assembly and hoisting,and finally achieve the purpose of studying the influence of the flow rate and temperature of the polypropylene loop reactor on the inner loop.
