Wastepaper, as an important renewable resource, possesses potential economical and social benefits ,it also owns significant sense as mean of environmental protection and resource reuse. The countries all round the world have turned great attention towards the recycle and reuse of wastepaper, the proportion of regenerated paper is increasing in the paper mill, Thus arouse increasing concern over the treatment of regenerated wastepaper wastewater.The treatment of regenerated paper wastewater of Xingcai paper-making limited company in Tong liang county was the backdrop of this paper, we summarized the source of wastewater, its composition, current dispose technologies and applications, then deeply discussed the running properties of coagulation-flotation technology in SBR. The running results showed that the treatment efficiency of technology was good, manipulation was convenient, and the treatment processes was feasible, technique reasonable.Aiming at the coagulation-flotation technology in the treatment process, this paper had designed coagulation orthorhombic experiments adopting L9(34) orthorhombic form to confirmed the optimal parameters: medicament dosages were PAM 5mg/l, PAC 100mg/l, respectively; reaction time was 20 min, PH was 7.0,under this condition the average COD removal efficiency remained above 40%. Though investigating the effect elements in the start-up and run of SBR, we analyzed the start-up fashion and process and studied the effects of aeration time, temperature, sludge sedimentation capability towards COD removal efficiency, respectively, then made sure the cycle of SBR: influent time was 0.5h, aeration time 10h, sedimentation time 1h, drainage time 0.5h. Based on the process data and Monod equation, we had built kinetic models of SBR technology ,the influent kinetic equation of phase: SF/S0=0.61-0.051(1/LF), kinetic parameters:λ=0.61;K=0.025; kinetic equation of reaction time: Y=-1.669×10-3+3.339×10-4X; the kinetic parameter: Km=3.339×10-4,Sn=5.0。...
