Research On Survey Techniques And Methods For Mine Monnioring

Mining safety issues endanger the lives and livelihoods of peoplemore and more seriously, so they have been widely concerned by thecountry and society. Environmental damage caused by mining has becomea major source of environmental pollution and destruction. All of thesehave hindered China's economic and social development greatly. In recentyears, relevant administrative departments at all levels have paid greatimportance to mining management. In order to prevent the illegalexploitation and destructive exploitation, Ministry of Land and NaturalResources promulgated the file of "dynamic supervision and managementof the mine reserves " on April 8, 2006. However, there are no completetechnical mine monitoring system and technical rules to China's minesurveying and mapping system. The technical standards are inconsistent.According to these problems, the main work and contributions aresummarized as following:The main function of mine administrative department and somerequests to surveying work in the present policy and regulations areanalyzed in our country, at the same time, the contents and tasks of miningmonitoring are discussed; The necessary accuracy and deduce the methodsfor mining monitoring are analyzed. The methods and accuracy forcross-border mining and illegal mining are also researched.According to the main function of geological environmentmanagement department and some requests to surveying work in thepresent policy and regulations in our country, the content and tasks ofgeological environment monitoring and the methods for it are discussedand studied.Based on analyzing the main administrative contents of mine safetymanagement department and some requests to surveying work in thepresent policy and regulations in our country, the used point of surveyingwork to the mine administration is analyzed. At last, the working methodsand technology of mine safety monitoring are discussed and studied.
