With excessive merits such as resistance to elevated temperature and elevated pressure, high dust collection efficiency, etc, granular layer filtration is extensively used in dust removal technology at high temperature. It is most prospective to be applied widely.In this paper, a new-type fixed bed granular layer filter is put forward that can be operated steadily in succession with high dust collection efficiency. The characteristics of the filter are analysed in order to find the best original parameters of the new-type fixed bed granular layer filter. This paper begins with that and it has carried on following several aspect research work:The characteristics and the infective parameters of the filter are analysed. And on the basis of that a calculation equation of continuity was established due to the consistency of the dust. The causes of deviation of the metering were analyzed using the similarity theory, and the experiment of the granular layer filter was analyzed using similar simulation. The paper provided the gist of designing the granular filter under the normal temperature atmospheric pressure.In view of the fixed bed filtration characteristic, it designed the laboratory bench of the fixed bed and carried the experiments repeatedly in different filtration of the wind speed,medium,time and the thickness of the fixed bed. Summarized the change rule of the dust removal efficiency and the pressure lose in the fixed bed during 1 to 16 minutes. Presented seven initial parameter gradations which can be supplied in the dust remove of the new fixed bed granular filter. Under the simulation of the high temperature operating mode it designed the model laboratory bench. Choosing the parameter to carry on the movement experiment, it gained a good effect of the new fixed bed filtration dust removal. Calculated the undecided characteristic constant in the theory formula through the empirical datum, the formerly theoretical analysis is getting more perfect. This article has provided certain reference value of the design and the movement of various types fixed bed dust remover included the new fixed bed filtration dust remover. And it has proposed a new idea to investigate the dust removal under the high temperature using similar experimental study. |
