The investigation on protection and utilization of state-level nature reserve in hainan gutong maontain is on april,2002. a project of ecoplan china , which is leaded by Canada Waterloo university , confederated by china nanjing university and dalian science , technologyuniversity and land environment administration of hainan provice,has athorrised by he CIDA.the project may last for 5 years .,mostly planning on zoology protection , management of environment ,and the staff personnel training and communication of hainan gutong maontain national nature reserve.The Content of my investigation is " the theory and estimation on sustainable development of natural reserve and periphery community area",part of protection and utilization of national nature reserve in hainan gutong maontain.the project may provide theory and method support for Hainan gutong maontain nature reserve , especially with regard to soon, protection of ecological environment carrying out in that area plans the project putting into effect , has real significance.The Hainan gutong maontain nature reserve is located in Hainan Wen Chang east coastal, seaward and windward,has the tropical monsoon climate environment, which is the unique coast being that coral reef and the bedrock harbour combine each other .it has been approve to be national natural reserve since 2003 by State Council. Be general area of natural reserve's turn to be 44 km2, among them, dry land covers an area of 13.33 km2 , sea area covers an area of 30.67 km2 .the protect object are a evergreen tropics coppice ecosystem and their wild protection animal , the general configuration of the earth's surface landscape is abrasion geomorphy , coral reef and their benthon etc.The gutong mountain manatural reserve is a nature reserve that located Hainan Island Northeast, multiplied plants, plentiful species resources and texture resources and coral reef.Jusdging from Statistics of locale investigation and imformation ,atmosphere of region is choiceness and the living water is safety,the species of the region is plentiful with some part surface water polluted.the land pollute fountain intimidate maritime space entiroment of the nature reserve .for example,the wenchang river backward position and zhuyuan reach water quality isⅣandⅤ.that is already excess the endure of the reach .local marititime space also gets varvirious extent pollution.the town lifes sewage and perch cultivate shrimp waste water is mostly polluted the surface water .it is investigated that, the ability ,that it can endure cod , ammonia and azote of wenchang river and the reach is 211.3ton ,4.4ton per year.but the truth is that the wasted water of the reach the cod , ammonia and azote is 2957ton and 197ton a year.obviously ,that is far from excess the enduration of the reach.Basing on the zoology environment and statistics ,basing on the reseach of sustainable development,we take durative of protection ,production and existence into account,consitituting a value mode to protect the nature reserve and circumference sustainable development.making use of sustainable development theoretics to protect the gutong mountain nature reserve .from assosiation and sustainable development among the population .social economy. Environment Resource .nature reserve and every subsystem ,demonstrated some conclusions by statistic ,econometrics and fuzzy mathematics:(1)sustainable development in investigation region :collectivity level is 0.2348～1.2857,1997and 1998 are strong sustainable development years ,1999,2000,2004 are basic sustainable development years,between 2001 and 2003 are unsustainable development years .anyway, sustainable development in investigation region level change greatly every year.incarnating on circumference resource comsume,water pollution and irrational manufacture .which deteriorates environment .yet the safeguard was adopted by hainan government since 2003,gets better.(2) studying area analyses on every subsystem coordination degree: Area every subsystem coordination level value is not changed greatly, basically between 0.4 ~ 0.8, whose minimum value has been 0.324 in 2003 , the coordination degree between three system has still been fairly good with society between economy and natural reserve , has still obviously embodied the human being developing with protection of ecological environment. especially contradiction between development and protection of the natural reserve. Besides, population , society economy , resource environment and the natural reserve coordination degree are insufficient. Judged from the analyzation,my research bring forward countermeasure on sustainable development ,in order to improve environment of gutong mountain nature reserve and region sustainable development . Only according to the princeple of protect fristly and adjust measures to local conditions, enhancing the communication of the protect area and the around area, actualizing some economy and technologly aid to the area around the protect area., discussing community condominium, attracting extra fund , intensifying the strength of pollution prevention, and combining the zoology protect and the industry structure adust, encouraging area around change their ill manufacture and management mode, taking the way of zoology economy , then , the correspond development of area economy , community and environmental can come true, and the continuance utilizing of resources can come true too.
