The oil function islubrication, cooling, drag reduction, cleansing, anti-emulsification, anti-wearand resistance, anti-oxidative stability, anti-foam and good mechanicalseparation of impurities.Research & Development of Universal oil of machine on using bagasseto making paper usually divide into two fields: base oil and additives. Thebase oil contains hydrogenation, PAO and hydrofining oil of tea seed. Thispaper describes the Performance Analysis of the hydro treating base oil, PAOand hydro fining oil of tea seed. By choosing a better ratio of these which thereasonable choice tests, and base oil passes the biodegradation test. In choosing the additives package additive of universal oil for bagassepaper-making machine, according to the technical requirements of universaloil for bagasse paper machine, this paper screen compound additivesconforming to modulating universal oil for Bagasse paper-making machineby various additives from the theoretical and practical basis of the relevantproduct performance, and composite ratio analysis.
