Study On The Preparation Technology And The Quality Control Of Yushupi Capsule

The Yushupi capsule is made from the extract of Cortex Ulmus pumila L. The processing method,chemical constituents,effect of pharmacology and clinical application of the Chinese Traditional Medicine were summarized.The orthogonal design was carried out to optimize extraction conditions, the ethanol concentration,the ethanol quantity,the extraction time and the extraction times.The extracting conditions were established and taken the overall yield and the content of oleanolic acid as markers.The preparation technology and the quality criterion tests of preparation were established.The HPLC-UV fingerprint of Cortex Ulmus pumila L, indicating teripenes and other components respectively were developed for crude drug,intermediate and product.The method is of high presion,strong repeatability and good stability, complying with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine fingerprint seprctrum.These results can be served as basement for the further study of Cortex Ulmus pumila L. They also provide reliable experimental basis for the application of HPLC in quality control of TCM.
