Chemical industry plays an important role in national economy. With the development of chemical industry, it has polluted the environment because its product flow is poor, energy cost is high and material waste is large. Life circle assessment (LCA) is one technology and method for evaluating the full environmental consequences in the entire life circle from raw materials acquisition, manufacturing to final disposal. As one new method of environmental management and preventive protection, LCA is mainly applied to evaluate the environmental load of a kind of production, working procedure and manufacture activity by the quantitative analysis on the usage of energy and material and the let of offal. LCA is also used to evaluate the consequence of the usage of energy and material and the let of offal and the method of environmental improvement.On average a project of life cycle assessment needs as many as 100,000 data. On the basis of studying LCA theories and methods, a LCA system for chemical products (CP-LCA) is established according to the characteristic of chemical products and the properties of resource, environment and personal health. It adopts analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluation analysis which is developed by Delphi 7.0 language and SQL SERVER database.The paper takes a chemical facture as example, applies CP-LCA to evaluate life circle environment for the manufacture process of chemical products. Firstly, input the information of products, then define the aim and range, lastly analyze the list. After the assessment of environment, the system draws a conclusion and completes the advice of improvement.
