Downhole Monitoring System For ESP

Electric Submersible Pumping (ESP) Systems include the Downhole MultiSensor gauge for submersible pump completions. This gauge monitors downhole pressure, temperature, leakage current, and vibration, providing the accurate data needed to protect electrical submersible pump system integrity from harmful operating conditions to keep both the ESP system and the well performing at their best. These units are manufactured to rigorous standards and qualified for use in harsh environments. Both models allow each measured parameter to be programmed to protect both the ESP and the well. This flexibility enables users to select the level of monitoring most appropriate for each ESP completion. MultiSensor gauges communicate with the surface through the ESP cable. MultiSensor gauge are installed on the base of the downhole ESP motor.MultiSensor gauge (MDT) measures the downhole parameters at different times, the signals gotten will be enlarged, transmitted to the A/D. Then they ware changed from analog voltage to digital signals, finally the singles will be put into 89S52. 89S52 deals with the signals and send communication signal from TXD. The TXD single isolated by the isolator, then it comes into XR2206, which makes the enlarged FSK signal, put out to the power line.The surface system receives the FSK signal from the power line. XR2211 will lock the wave phase, filtrates the wave motion, change the signal into digit signal, put it into industry computer, which deals with the signal and display it.This is the first attempt to design 6 parameters downhole monitoring system in our country. It is more far-ranging and more precise than the equipments extensively used in our country which only measures motor temperature and intake temperature. It will be an advanced technical instrument which guarantee the high working reliability of ESP. It will be the first improving of downhole monitoring in our country after our successful development.
