| This article started with the background and essence of quantitative estimation in urban environmental comprehensive treatment (UECT), analyzed the contents of UECT, fixed the indicators of quantitative estimation in eleventh-five UECT, developed the framework of the indicators set of quantitative estimation in eleventh-five UECT by the model of pressure-state-response, ascertained the weight and mathematic formula of indicators through amended analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics, and built the entire indicators set of quantitative estimation in eleventh-five UECT. The test result of the indicators set revealed that the distribution of score calculated by the indicators set is more reasonable than indicators set of tenth-five, thus the indicators can promote the national work of UECT effectively, which can enhance the urban environmental quality of China. Additional, since some key data can be available in internet, the implementation and estimation's transparency of the indicators set will be improved greatly.Both theory and practical application are discussed in this article. In comparison with others, this article is innovative in the following aspects: 1, the indicators set of quantitative estimation in eleventh-five UECT is built; 2, It is proved that the consistency Checking of judge matrix of the amended AHP used in the article meets the requirement. Third, the fuzzy mathematics is introduced into the study field of indicators set of quantitative estimation in UECT, which covered the gap of mathematic formula's theory. |
