This thesis has studied the best production technology of grape seeds ultrafine- powder capsule and has setted up and implemented of HACCP system in grape seeds ultrafine-powde -r capsule.The best production technology of the grape seeds ultrafine-powder capsuleIn the research course of production technology of the grape seed ultrafine-powder capsu -le,we used ultrafine comminution technology and setted up the basic technological process produ-ction.In this basic process,receiving raw material—storing—selecting—washing—dryi -ng—freezing—crushing—packaging,through single factor experiment and compared experi -ment,determined best drying temperature 40℃,the best freezing temperature -20℃and freez -ing time 80 min,crushing temperature -20℃,crushing time30 min through the single factor ex -periment and the Orthodox Church experiment.In order to solve the agglomeration of the ultrafine-powder,through different moisture contents,fat contents and smashing of grape seeds,the choice of anti-agglomeration reagent w -ith the agglomerates of grape seeds ultrafine-powder.The result indicated:when the moisture content was bigger than 50.0 mg/g,more agglomerates to increase,when fat content was bigger than 116 mg/g,it was easier toagglomerate,when smashing time surpasses 25min,more agglom -erates to increase,it tended to stable after 55min time;With lengthening the time of storage,th -e agglomerates of grape seeds ultrafine-powder did not increase;The anti-agglomeration reag -ent could be used to reduce the agglomerate of grape seeds ultrafine powder in theMicrocryst -alline Cellulose, Calcium Stearate,Silicon Dioxide,the Microcrystalline Cellulose was better; Using the Microcrystalline Cellulose between 30~35g/kg,the action was quite remarkable.For the sterilization of grape seeds,it was better to choose the strong salt solution.Throug -h the experiment indicated that 14-16 % salt solution is best sterilizing to the grape seeds.Finally,the best production technology of the grape seeds ultrafine-powder capsule was: Grapeseeds—receiving raw materials—storing(or enterring the workshop)—selecting—wash -ing—drying(temperature 40℃)—weighing—freezing(temperature 20℃,time 80 min)—add -ing MCC ( 30~35g/kg )—crushing ( temperature 20℃,time 80 min )—packaging ( hard ca -psule).Setting up and implementing of HACCP system in grape seeds ultrafine-powder capsule:In order to guarantee quality safety of grape seeds ultrafine-powder capsule,we have esta -blished the system of HACCP.Under the management and controls of HACCP system, our products grape seeds ultrafin -e-powder capsules not only have contented GB 16740-1997,but also all of the indexes have reached more result by the official (the monitoring center of Xi'an).
