In past tens years, synthesis and physical properties ofⅠB-ⅡB metalschalcogenides coordination compound with intriguing structure has become one of thehot topics in inorganic chemistry mainly due to the ever-increasing findings in therespects of new materials and biochemistry, etc. In our group, research on manyⅠB,ⅡB metals complexes with N, N-dialkyldithiocarbamates and PhSeH have beencarried out by using the routine methods or the solvo-thermal reaction recently.Firstly, a new Ag(Ⅱ) complex with N, N-diethyldithiocarbamate,Ag2[(C2H5)2NCS2]4 (1) has been prepared under the solvo-thermal condition and theresults from structure analysis indicate this complex was a dimer and the ligands actsas bidentate and bridging modes. Then, a series of Cd-Se clusters such as[Cd(μ2-SePhCl)]n(2), H[Cd8(μ4-Se)(μ2-SePh)15(SePh2)] (3), (Ph3PH)[Cd8(μ4-Se)(μ2-SePh)15] (4), [Mg(H2O)3][Cd8(μ4-Se)(μ2-PhSe)12(Ph3PO)Br3]2 (5) and [C6H10NH]2[Cd8(μ)4-Se) (μ2-SePh)12I4] (6) were successfully prepared from the different Cd(Ⅱ)salts with PhSeH and different assistant ligands under the solvo-thermal condition. Allthe complexes were characterized by the X-ray crystal structure analysis and otherspectroscopic methods such as IR spectra, UV-vis spectra and fluorescent spectra etc.[Cd(μ2-SePhCl)]n (2) was shown as a two-dimensional planar netlikecoordination polymer, which was constructed by linking two vertexes ofCdSe2Cl2-tetrahedron byμ2- bridge bonds. Then, the structures of clusters (3-6) weredescribed as a nesting double tetrahedron centered aroundμ4-Se, that iscentro-(μ4-E)-tetrahedro-Cdn-icosahedra-(μ2-SePh)12-tetrtahedro-(CdL)4 the centersof the tetrahedron composed by the inner four Cd(Ⅱ) ions [Cd(1), Cd(2), Cd(3), Cd(4)]and by the peripheral Cd(Ⅱ) ions [Cd(5), Cd(6), Cd(7), Cd(8)] superposed even at thecenter atomμ4-Se2-, the inner and outer Cd ions bridged byμ2-SePh respectively andthe terminal ligands with outer Cd atoms were PhSe, Ph3PO, Br and I.The successful synthesis of complexes (1-6) indicated that solvo-thermal reaction wasa new way to prepareⅠB-ⅡB metals chalcogenides Coordination compound. Moreimportantly, the synthesis and characterization of (1-6) extend our knowledge about the structural chemistry of a new family ofⅠB-ⅡB metals chalcogenides Coordinationcompound。...
