As the development of economy,the pollution of soil,especially caused by Cd, attracts more and more attention of scientists.This research focus on the changes of speciations of Cd in soil,the effect of DOM on speciations and absorbed by vegetables,the effect of Cd,Zn and combined pollution on the growth of germination of three kinds of been,and also analysis the effect of the absorbed Cd under Cd pollution and Cd-Zn combined pollution.The result show that the water-soluble Cd went up as the increase of total Cd in soil.The bioavailability of Cd is also grow up as the augment of volume of DOM..The germinate of pea and mung bean has no change in different concentration of Cd and Zn,but huge influence has happened on rate of germinate of soybean.The relation is antagonistic effect in low concentration under combined pollution of Cd-Zn,and in high concentration the relation is synergism.The contentment of absorbed Cd increased as the pollution is getting more serious and as the increase of contentment of Zn under the combined pollution of Cd-Zn.
