The Analysis And Research On Information Services Development Strategy Of Tianjin Traditional Chinese Medicine

The development of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has madeitself more and more important in Tianjin, but the information services of Tianjintraditional Chinese medicine lagged behind correspondingly, while the foundationwork that can improve the level of traditional Chinese medicine information serviceshas not been developed. We did not make good use of database and networks in TCM,so our level is not advanced in China, many sorts of information resources should bedeveloped and used as soon as possible.So we should analyze the shortage status of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicineinformation services through the investigation of domestic and overseas traditionalChinese medicine and its correlative information services status, in order to find abetter way to improve on it. This thesis focuses itself on study of the mode oftraditional Chinese medicine information services, the establishment of many kinds ofdatabases and traditional Chinese medicine networks, traditional Chinese medicinedigital library and traditional Chinese medicine information crew. And then draw outthe information service strategy of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine. According toit, we could understand how to improve our TCM information service system,establish related traditional Chinese medicine information policy, and sustain thedevelopment of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine.This thesis adopts investigation, case analysis, logical research, and systemicresearch methods. There are 4 main sections:1. The problems of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine information servicesystem. It expatiates on domestic traditional Chinese medicine information servicestatus, and conclude the problems of Tianjin traditional Chinese medicine informationservice. 2. On the basis of introducing the TCM information characters, we analyzethe outline of Tianjin TCM information resources construction, including database,networks and digital library.4. The strategy of establishing Tianjin TCM information characteristic servicesystem. The paper introduces the characters of information service under networksenvironment, compare the information service system between China and America. Itdesigns the strategy of Tianjin TCM information service on the basis of researchingTCM characters.5.
