Pyridazinone derivatives have been applied in field of pharmacy and agricultural chemicals due to their wide range of versatile, significant bioactivities and pharmacological activities. In recent years synthetic work on pyridazinone derivatives have been become hotter in synthetic chemistry. Many pyridazinones exhibited inhibition of platelet aggregation and treat congestive heart failure activities. In the same time, they were well-known compounds in agrichemical research, such as herbicides, growth hormone etc. Carbohydrates are the first production of photosynthesis, also the first production of some natural medication, they always have widely particular bioactivities, such as antitumour, treat congestive heart failure, delay the consenescence. In addition, use of sugar cores should lead to potentially biodegradable, non-toxic. 1,3,4-Oxadiazoles or 1,3,4-thiadiazoles are broadly used as herbicides, growth hormone, bactericides, effective insecticides, fungicides, and antiphlogistic. These two kinds of compounds have wide applicative.In view of those observation and expect to realize the information of many physiological activities by means of combining pyridazinone with different heterocycles and carbohydrates. The heterocyclic compounds containing with pyridazinone and glycosyl were obtained. The structure of intermediate and target compounds were conformed by IR, MS, ~1H NMR spectral date and elemental analysis.This work is composed of the follows.1. Reviews on the development and actuality in pyridazinone, oxadiazole and thiadiazole.2. Glycosyl thiosemicarbazides were synthesized from the reaction of glycosyl isothiocyanates with pyridazinone carbonyl hydrazines, which cyclized under different conditions to give related heterocyclic compounds.The innovations of the thesis are based on the follows:N-glycosyl thiosemicarbazides have been synthesized from the reaction of glycosyl isothiocyanates with pyridazinone carbonyl hydrazines, and 26 1,3,4-oxadiazole and 1,3,4-thiadiazole compounds were obtained by cyclizing the N-glycosyl thiosemicarbazides in different conditions.
