The paper discusses a design process of plastic extrusion product line base on WINCE operating system and ARM9 CMOS chip embed control system. The system's character is high commonality, high expansibility and high performance-Price-Ratio, Control Unit independence join with center control console for the Series control. The content is the choice of hardware, customization of system, the exploitation of C# ,program MCU in KEIL C language.The structure of this system is in base board and add on unit board distribute way. The base board is table and the wince system is firm too. The added on board can be change with the requirement. The base board is for the function of UI, the added on board for the field control.The base board and the added on board is connected by serial communication. On base board can connect 3 add on board at most.The base board's application is programmed in C#, it is easy to master, the difficult of developing is low and the effective is high.The add on board's application is developed in KEIL c, the board with 3 channel ADC and 12 channel digital input and 8 output is finished. The add on board use P89LPC936 as the heart.The operator can use the touch panel on base board to set the temperature and other action to control the add on board's running status.The base board also provides the net guard function.
