Machine building is the backbone of the national economy, Hole drilling is about one third of the total amount of machining, especially deep-hole drilling is about forty percents of hole drilling. Because deep-hole is drilled in closed or half-closed position, the condition of cutter can not be observed directly. The rigidity of process system is low, the cutting heat spread is not easy, the chip disposal is difficult and cutting effects are not ideal.This paper studies the reason of chip breaking that vibratory drilling brings, and analyzed the condition of complete chip breaking in the way of geometry and the factors of influencing mechanics chip breaking. And the methods and principle of the selection for parameter using in vibratory drilling are given by analyzing the foundation of theoretical. And the vibratory drilling machine with double eccentric which has adjustable frequency and amplitude is made by using the existing theory. The suction chip removal machine using in the DF system is designed and the DF oil duct system is improved, The new inner chip removal bit is designed to fit to the vibratory drilling system. The new the small-diameter DF vibratory drilling system is designed.Drilling 45 steel in the small-diameter DF vibratory drilling system which this paper is mentioned, and study the results. The results show that the drilling effects are good and technology is reliable. The reasons of technical effects are analyzed.
