As a high yield and high efficiency mining method, The fully mechanized top-coal caving have a quiet great progress in our practice these year, but the distance from the theory for steering and the need of practice is large, and how to ascertain the parameter of top-coal caving's technics are depend on experience just the same ,and the theory of top-coal caving especially the model of top-coal caving just use the model of the metal mine's caving as the elements, the progress is faultily .The fully mechanized top-coal caving's configuration infect by many complication ,and the size of the caving orifice ,the thickness of the top-coal ,the step distance of the caving ,the space between the caving ,the obliquity of the coal seam is the master complication, of course the character of top-coal like rigidity ,the angle of coal seam break down, the size of the coal block after the top-coal is broken and the movement of the wall rock is also have complication.In this dissertation, we have the sutra caving theory as the elements , and integrate the idiographic instance of the fully mechanized top-coal caving, put forward ourselves incompact numerical value simulation model, and at the same time ,we have the FLAC3D's intrinsic function which are numerical value simulation and 3D visualization as the roof garden, use the FLAC3D's intrinsic extend language the FISH language weaved several interrelated function to make up of the emulator.In virtue of the emulator, made simulation and analysis for three different top-coal thickness (3m,4m,6m) and different coal mining technics ; analyse the result of of emulational , investigated the relationship of different thickness ,obliquity of coal seam ,step distance of caving and space between of caving ,and made optimizes of the different geological condition ; have made the coal mining's technics parameter choose of the coal mining face more intuitively and scientificly.At the last ,at the base of emulational simulation, have made a numerical value simulation for the fully mechanized top-coal caving's face, and studied the similarities and differences of compressive stress's distribution about the top-coal caving face before and after the top-coal is discharged.Compare the parameters from before and after the top-coal discharged ,finded : above the hydraulicpressure support the most greatly vertical stress dropped 25%, the most greatly horizontal stress dropped 25%, the principal stress dropped 40%, thecap rock destroyed has highly achieved original 4 times.
