| This report has discussed the basic requirements of the technical standardization in building ceramic industry through the analysis and reference to the development situation of our country's building ceramic industry, the standardization theory and method, and through the comparison of current situation in building ceramic industry within China as well as abroad. System Effect Theory, Structural Optimize Theory and Orderliness Development Theory had been applied to design the technical standardization system framework in building ceramic industry. Discussion had also been conducted in regard to the implementation of the technical standardization within enterprises by applying Feedback Control Theory.During the research process of this project, theoretical analysis has been performed by applying standardization theory to study the requirements and principle of building ceramic industry technical standardization system. On the other hand, standardization theory and organizational management theory had been applied to the technical standardization analysis and design. Meanwhile, Deming Cycle (PDCA) Theory was applied for the establishment and the implementation of technical standardization system. Thus the research will be of certain theoretical value and practical importance.This report consists of five chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the report. In the introduction, the author discussed the background, the purpose and the meaning of the research, as well as the basic structure of this report.In the second chapter the author analyzed the current technical standardization situation of building ceramic industry within and outside China. The industry development situation was analyzed through SWOT analysis, and from different perspectives such as production scale, import and export business and the current industry technology situation.The development of economic globalization will have positive impact to China's ceramic industry development. China's economic will be inseparably connected with the world since China entered into the agreement of WTO. Due to the reasons of natural resources scarcity in foreign country and for the purpose of maximization for product element allocation, more and more multinational companies in the world will constantly transfer their ceramic production business to our country. Along with the development of the multinational companies in our country, their investment emphases will be gradually extended from process and production business to some technical areas such as research and development. This will contribute to the rapid technology renovation in our country's ceramic industry. Likewise, it will have positive influences to the instrument improvement and industrial structure amelioration in our ceramic industry. The development will eventually promote our ceramic industry to enter into advanced production chain from primary production chain.The third chapter is about the analysis of the factors that influence technical standardization in building ceramic industry. Through the analysis of the standardization theory, basic requirements had been provided for the technical standardization system in building ceramic. Technical standardization comparison between China and foreign country's building ceramic industry had been made in order to identify the areas where technical standardization system need to be improved in our country's building ceramic industry.National standard, industry standard and the regional standard form the principal part of our country's technical standard system. It is important to ensure that the different standards are consistent with each other and are in harmony. Technical standardization system should be formulated and implemented according to these standards, and adopt these standards as principal part. Consequently, the standardization system will play an important role in the areas including energy and resources saving, product quality stabilization and improvement, scientific management realization, safety production guarantee, occupational healthy and environmental management enforcement, orderliness and profit maximization promotion. However, along with the constant development of the market economic system, and the changes brought by China's joining to the WTO, technical standardization system and implementation mechanism will confront the problem of compliance with the international standard. Thus it is urgent to establish national standardization system based on the following requiremets: with technology statue and standard as principal part; with reference to the practice from the developed countries; in compliance with the requirements of WTO and market economic, and under the instruction of the law and statue.The fourth chapter discuss about the design of the technical standardization system of our country's building ceramic industry. Firstly, several modules had been providing for the standardization system in building ceramic industry. Technical standardization system was determined according to the enterprise's position within the industry, product and the development orientation. Secondly, according to the System Effect Theory and Structural Optimize Theory, design and technical standardization frameworks are provided for the building ceramic industry. Finally, with application of Orderliness Development Theory, Feedback Control Theory and Deming Cycle Theory (PDCA), the author discussed about the implementation of the technical standardization system in the enterprises, and the processes and methods for the implementation of the technical standardization system in building ceramic industry. Constant improvement in enterprise standardization system is for the purpose of continuously improvement in enterprise standardization, and to meet the requirements including production, management, customer services and external environment changes.In order to improve the overall performance, and to meet the needs and expectations of enterprise's future development and external environment's changes, the enterprise must constantly improve its ability in standardization system formation and implementation, as well as to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the standardization activities. It is only with continuously changes and development in standardization system can the standardization system be improved. This kind of constant changes needs be continued without stop. Establish Deming management module in the process of enterprise standardization is an important method for standardization implementation and improvement.The fifth chapter is the summary of the report and the conclusion. As to the building ceramic enterprise, adopting and implementing a proper technical standardization system is an important strategy to improve enterprise's competition advantages.Management innovation is an eternal topic for an enterprise. As a core part in enterprise management system, technical standardization system is also in the process of continuously change and innovation. Through the establishment of the enterprise standardization system concentrating on technical standardization system, it is recommended to establish standardization conduct and to promote healthy and rapid development of building ceramic industry in our country. |
