Optimum Cutting simply means that, given the scope of the raw materials to meet the conditions to be asked, determine the optimal overall package. The optimization cutting problem for rather a long time, as early as in 1940s had been paid a preliminary study, and it is widely used in the field of production and life. For example : architecture, the cutting steel and aluminum materials; garment industry, tailoring leather fabric and fiber textile fabrics; windows and doors industry, the cutting glass materials; port transport, cargo containers optimization program; microelectronics industry, the arrangement of integrated circuits; machining industry, the optimization of sheet cutting issues, are expected typical optimization problem. The theory of Optimum Cutting can be widely applied to various types of production and life, and can directly generate economic benefits.A lot of researches show that the Optimum Cutting problem is NPC problem. Under the current technical condition, many experts and scholars try to find the optimal solution to the NP problem, but no substantial breakthroughs. So far, we still have not found a perfect solution. The optimization theory is worth discussing.Exploring the application of optimization techniques has important practical significance and theoretical significance.Optimizing sheet cutting as the typical combinatorial optimization problem not only is the complex NPC, but also need to consider the complex graphics data processing and the constraints of practical production. Therefore, it is difficult to establish a unified and simple mathematical model.The process of solving optimizing sheet cutting problem is the process of solving a combinatorial optimization problem. Cutting sheet optimization is a NPC problem, recognized the existence of two domestic issues that are, a huge amount of cutting programming and integer convergence difficulties. Moreover, as the sheet material is a two-dimensional plane for cutting, cutting production itself is a complex issue. Due to the difficulties, many academics are still studying the issue.Based on the analysis of all the current ways solving to the optimal cutting program, the complex nature of constraints shown in application, difficulties in modeling and nonlinear characteristics, propose a reasonable modle for X Technology Ltd. in Harbin City. It must adapt to the need for cutting production, suitable for the research object of this paper.Additionally, seeking the optimal solution to the NP problem is very difficult. Actually, in the majority of cases it seeks that be close to the optimal effective optimum solutions in the economy time. The idea is local optimums. This is the principle of this optimization.Based on this technology principle, this paper is writed in Harbin City Limited for the production of standard background noise gate. The study presents a model for its actual production. The solutions of one-dimensional and two-dimensional model will be given. This layout optimization technology can effectively guarantee materials for the production management "in cutting" mode and provid the reasonable program.The main tasks of this paper include1) Firstly, a large number of literature readed, understand that the actual level of the optimization development. Analyse the basic requirements of the industrial application for the optimization technology. Master that optimization technology implementation in the process of the rectangular cutting.2) Against a background of the actual production process of X Technology Ltd. in Harbin City, make the general model of the Optimization of a one-dimensional wire, thinking over the actual conditions and constraints. The solution of the One-dimensional Optimization Cutting-stock is integer nonlinear programming. The One-dimensional Optimization Cutting-stock modle solves the problem.After the actual test, the model proved the very effective solution for the optimization of cutting wire and achieve good results. It is a reasonable guide for the production.3)The standard soundproof door is the main objective. Establish the model of two-dimensional rectangular parts and give the problem solution at last. The solution is the integer linear programming. To effectively produce optimization cutting programs and operation, using computer-aided technologies make it easier to handle complex graphical data. Finally, make a real test. Throuth the real test, the optimization program of the modle shows that the method of two-dimensional Optimization Cutting-stock from this paper is effective.4)Analyze the optimization program of the standard soundproof door . Test experimental data to verify the effect of the solution proposed. Through the optimization of the standard soundproof door, they can save production costs and increase production efficiency.
