It has already become a sort of global disease. According to the newest statistic of WHO, the death from diabetes mellitus has been the fifth in the world, so preventing and curing diabetes mellitus is important task which has no time to delay . A great deal of investigations suggest that vanadium complexes have good insulin activity. At present, a few of vanadium complexes have been applied in clinic trial .This is a kind of medicine that has bright foreground of curing diabetic. Thus, the synthesis of vanadium complexes has been hotspot in research. Two new vanadium complexes are designed and synthesized in this dissertation, their stability in aqueous solution and partition coefficient in the physiological buffer solution of n-Octanol /KRB are studied, so follow the details:At first, two new vanadium complexes (glucosamine oxovanadium and vanadium hydroxylamido complexes of valine ) were synthesized and characterized by using elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and HNMR spectra. Moreover, their chemical structures were determined on the basis of the way of research complexes' theory. After that, spectrophotometry were used to study and compare the stability in aqueous solution of five vanadium complexes, including glucose oxovanadium , fructose oxovanadium, glucosamine oxovanadium, glycin peroxovanadium and vanadium hydroxylamido complex of valine (three of them were synthesized according to the literature). It is found that their stable sequences were dissimilar in different pH. When in the solution of hydrochloric acid (pH=4), glycin peroxovanadium is the most stable, while in the solution of KRB buffer (pH=7.4), vanadium hydroxylamido complex of valine is the most stable . Furthermore we detected their partition coefficient in the physiological buffer solution of n-Octanol /KRB. The outcome of experiment suggests that glycin peroxovanadium partition coefficient is up to most in the physiological pH solution .It means its fat resolvability is relatively good. | Keywords/Search Tags: | vanadium complexes, synthesis, characterization, stability, partition coefficient | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
