It has an important significance to achieve high quality and efficiency of the X-ray non-destructive testing to ensure the use of the spire welded pipe safely, because the construction of the oil ductwork is an magnitude project which has an import connection with the national economy and the people's livelihood. Today, the picture taking with films are currently adopted in home,but this technique restrict the production efficiency and has many disadvantages in image quality,objection identify and conservation.X-ray nondestructive test digitized technology has been greatly improved with the development of photoelectric imaging technique, computer technique and image processing technique,Its development and application enhance the level of industrial automation and intelligent test and have very important practical significance.In this paper,with the spire welded pipe detection,by the nucleus of line-scan detector,X — ray real —time digital imaging system is designed.The interior and working theory of the line-scan detector are introduced in detail; By virtue of the working theory of the line-scan detector and the detection demand,we designed the machine;The system which has six freedom degrees to accomplish forward,rise or fall and eddy is drived by three stepping electromotors.The system adopts Computer and PLC to constitute the control system,they are used to control the stepping electromotors and detect speed and position;with the characteristic of the breal-time digital imaging system,in the basic of the Virual C++ imaging software which is used to achieve the aim of control the machine,image collection,image transform,image disposal and image conservation is designed.Through the software interface,the control of mechanism and image collection is achieve. we attain the dynamic image real-time display by the way of software,With Direct Draw,the image wobble is solved.the function of the image transform insert as follows : space-region transform,frequency-region transform,point transform,image enhancement,exposal disposal, edge extract, morphology disposal ect. Base on the image conservation in medicine and X-ray detection practice,a technique of radiographic inspection image conservationis studied.The system has many advantages such as high sensitivity, resolution, simple operation,digital saving and freedom from pollution.The image is clear and not tremble to move. It eases the labor strength of the inspector and reduce the difficultyof objection identify,enhance the efficiency of objection detection.The system Achieves the digitization of X-Ray Nondestructive Testing indeed and has very big applied foreground.
