Formed Mechanism Of HUNAN Liuyang Firework Clusters

Industrial clusters is a common word economic phenomenon in the background of economic globalization nowadays. Therefore, more and more attention had been paid to the study of clusters by not only economists, but also socialists and geographers. And more and more scholars and statesmen put forward to developing the local economy by clusters. But we must notice that we can't form a cluster in a shot time, and also can't form a cluster by some person's will. But the formation of a cluster is subjected to some particular factors, and no one can build a cluster without these factors.This paper pay attention to the formed factors and present problems of LiuYang Firework clusters, and what factors we should discover and develop to promote the formation and further development of it. Firstly it elaborate the formed reason of clusters by scholars in and out, mainly including the inside factors such as the division of labor and profession, the scale economy and exterior, professional markets, the industrial culture tradition and the local entrepreneur spirit, the production factor conditions. And the outside factors such as abroad investment and the government institutions and policy. Secondly by combining the cluster judgment system, the author decided some of the industry aggregation region in HuNan Province is clusters or not. On this foundation, by inspecting and studying of LiuYang Firework Cluster personally, the author analysis and come out with the type and the formation influencing factors of HuNan traditional clusters- the LiuYang Firework Cluster, which mainly include four aspects, that is traditional industry foundation, government function, market promotion and advantage of production factors condition. And by comparing to other clusters of the same type in other district, the author put forward the restrict factors of LiuYang Firework clusters. Finally according to the actual economy and society condition, aim at its existing problems, the author put forward some policies and suggestions of promoting the formation and development of LiuYang Firework clusters.
