Research On The Development And Evolution Of China's Resource-based Industrial Clusters

Natural resources are the material basis for the survival and development of human beings and have played an important role in the economic and social development and the progress of human civilization.The history of human society development is also the history of natural resources consumption,along with the advancement of industrialization,the natural resource supply shortages,the ecological environment is seriously polluted,sustainable development,therefore,how to improve the way of the development and utilization of natural resources and efficiency,in the economic and social development is an urgent need to solve the problem.In view of the development upsurge of industrial clusters and the demonstration effect of successful clusters,many regions in China have cultivated resource-based industrial clusters in recent years in order to promote the development of resource industry or realize the revitalization of regional economy.The formation and evolution of resource-based industrial clusters have their own development rules,so the development process must be investigated from the perspective of dynamic evolution,so as to make resource-based industrial clusters an effective industrial form for sustainable development of resource-based regions.Mineral resources based on the analysis of the concept of industrial cluster and relevant theory,on the basis of the current research status about the problem at home and abroad,secondly of mineral resource-based industry cluster formation and coupling relationship were studied,in this paper the development and utilization of mineral resources at the same time,the influential factors of mineral resource-based industry cluster formation and mineral resource-based industrial cluster coupling are analyzed respectively,and then find the resources of the resource-based industrial cluster with high dependency,more government intervention,the industrial chain with a strong ductility,has significant life periodicity,etc.On the basis of the above research and analysis,the concentration degree of mineral resource-based industry cluster is evaluated by using quantitative analysis.Generally speaking,the concentration degree of mineral resource-based industry in China rises in fluctuation,and the concentration degree is the highest in 2007 and 2008.Mineral resource-based industry cluster in order to further understand the space-time distribution and dynamic evolving situation,this article from the overall development of China's mineral resources industrial cluster aggregation index characteristics,different regions of resource-based industrial cluster aggregation index of dynamic evolution,as well as the time and space distribution characteristics of different types of resources industry agglomeration index into three levels.Finally,on the basis of the above research and analysis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of China's mineral resource-based industrial clusters,and finds that there are many problems such as the lackof sustainable development ability,the lack of cluster innovation ability,the existence of a variety of risks,the imbalance of cluster structure and so on.After analyzing the causes of the problems,the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions from the aspects of establishing and perfecting the comprehensive decision-making mechanism of environment and development,establishing and perfecting the strategic environmental impact assessment system,and strengthening the scientific and technological development and application of natural resources.
