| To study the main purpose about the utilization of renewable materials, the concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis of common cordgrass was studied. The key factors affecting the hydrolysis of common cordgrass by concentrated sulfuric acid were optimized using Orthogonal Experimental Design. The production of biolipid, ethanol and biofuel was studied by fermenting the common cordgrass hydrolysate. And this kind of papers have not been reported .At first, the concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis was studied. The Key factors, the concentration of sulfuric acid(40%-80%), the hydrolyzing temperature (25℃-70℃) , the hydrolyzing time (0. 5-4h) , the granularity of common cordgrass (not across 10 meshes, 10-20 meshes, 20-40 meshes, 40-60 meshes> across 60 meshes) and the solid content solid content (5.0%, 7.5%, 10%n 12.5%) , were investigated. To optimize hydrolysis conditions I designed five factors and four levels orthogonal experiment L16 (45) and four factors and three levels orthogonal experiment L9 (34) . From the experimental results, concentration of sulfuric acid , hydrolyzing temperature and hydrolyzing time were the main factors among them. The optimized hydrolysis conditions are that the concentration of sulfuric acid is 50%, the hydrolyzing temperature is 50°C, the hydrolyzing time is 60min, the granularity of common cordgrass is10-20 meshes and the solid content is 1:10 (w/v). The yield of reducing sugar is 36% under this condition. |
