Aspergillus terreus M11 which has been used in a new type of ethanol fermentation process was isolated by our laboratory. In this study, waste paper was used as material to yielding ethanol. Therefore, it is a significant contribution to environment protection and energy renewable industry. The biggest cellulase production quantity occured at 45℃, pH 3.0, quantity vaccination 200μl and moisture 80% for 3d based on the study of Aspergillus terreus Mll's growth conditions. Cellulose will achieve the strongest activity, when the reaction was happened at 55℃and pH5.0. The results of which based on studying the process of ethanol fermentation with Saccharomyces cerevisiae turned out that the optimal fermented temperature was 38℃, the best fermented time was 72h and the best inoculation amount was 10 percentage. 51.1% of raw materials transformed into reducing sugar and the generated ethanol takes up 40.34% of raw materials after fermentation. So we can obtain more reducing sugar with this method compared to other methods. In addition, this method can greatly reduce production costs and environmental pollution, even can gain favorable economic benefits, thus it promise a very realistic application value.
