So it is very necessary to develop the detecting and appraising method of electric thermo-couple assembling state.Accordingly basis working in predominate, we study the appropriate detecting method, design and compile the hardware and the software, we carries out a job surrounding detecting method Principle and data analysis.According to contacting the diversity way for the electric thermo-couple against the mould, we divide four Assemble states such as lianghao, cekao, xuankong, youwu, and divide two kinds of quality, such as qualified and unqualified. in the experiment we heat copper coin of mould by the part heat source. we can observe the reaction of temperature signal and judge Assemble state and assemble quality of electric thermo-couple.Detecting method are composed of heating source auto-control system and data collect system. Auto-control system is composed of platform through XMTD temperature instrument,CJS8-9 exchange contactor and heat source of design. data collect system is composed of platform through DUT4150 data collect module,ADAM-4520 interface converter,S-15 low-power source and computer. it is responsible for collecting the temperature data of electric thermo-couple.Software system adopt the VC programming language, include document preserved and transferred, temperature data collect, assemble state judging,assemble quality judging, coordinate adjusted and help.Pass the experiment in the laboratory, we collect the data. using assemble state checking and estimating method of electric thermo-couple to analysis and Compare the temperature data and reach the result of detecting qualify. by the experiment, the method is able to realize...
