| Well perforation is a pivotal process in oil exploitation. So the quality detecting to the perforation is very important. For data error, less dependability and bad in real-time, traditional method can not provide an effective consult for increasing the oil output. In order to change the abuse, an automatic identification system of well perforation quality is designed, which is based on the experience and technology we already have, though we do not have a similar system now. An integrated system is come into being, based on the VC++6.0 and together with the technology of digital image manipulation.A structure was designed to collect and dispose the ultrasonic image, through research of the detection and collection technology.Based on the research of the well-logging information of perforation image, the perforation image can be changed into BMP format. The method of self-adapt-smoothness arithmetic and edge sharpening arithmetic is used to pretreat the image, which can reduce the noises and extrude the image from the background. The credible information for identify of image is offered by the treatments of morphological, the division of image and dealing with the image edge which is obtained by using SOBEL operator.After analyzed the Hough Transformation method and the characteristic of the rotundity, the Single Parameter Hough Transformation was designed to detect the perforation. This method can make the computation less complicated and waste less memory space during computing. Based on the analysis of the dynamics, the academic parameter can be work out. And the system can use the method of estimating the perimeter and area information to detecting the amount of the perforation.Simulating results show that the system can reduce resource, have a good real-time quality and recognition result, have the advantage of automatization and dependability. This method can be used to detect the image of perforation after being further perfected. It can improve the efficiency of oil exploitation very well. |
