Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with the rise of computer technology,more and more fields and computer technology have been interdisciplinary,computer technology is an important tool for related fields of intelligence.In order to improve the intelligence of pellet production,the size of pellet in the image can be well recognized by using computer technology such as image processing.At present,most factories mainly use manual sampling method to measure the pellet size distribution at the ball mouth,and observe the pellet size in the pellet-disk machine to judge the current production situation of pellet ore.However,this method has low efficiency,low timeliness and low accuracy,and it is easy to lead to not timely and appropriate regulation in the pelletizing process,resulting in a waste of resources and failing to meet the double demand of iron and steel industry for pellet quality and output.Based on the above problems,this topic uses OPC technology to realize the communication with PLC,read the field valve opening and water flow size from PLC,read the image data of pellet ore at the field ball outlet from the server,and then process these images based on the related technology of Open CV and combined with image enhancement strategy.The real-time pelletizing information represented by pellet size can be obtained,and the PLC control signal can be adjusted to realize the closed-loop operation of the whole intelligent pelletizing system.The system mainly includes image processing and OPC communication modules.The image processing module uses The Open CV technology based on Qt to process the pellet image obtained from the server in real time.The image enhancement and Hough transform are used to calculate the pellet particle size and distribution and other information,which are fed back to the system interface and interact with the communication module.In the hardware communication part of the system,Qt and Kep Server EX are combined to build an effective OPC communication mechanism,which transmits the data in PLC to the system,and the system feeds back the data according to the situation.The field staff can also choose the control mode according to the situation,whether it is manual control or automatic control.To determine the opening of fog valve and drip valve,as well as the control of fog water flow and drip flow,to ensure the stable operation of pelletization machine,the production of more pellets in line with requirements.Through several field tests and docking,the system can run effectively,realize the detection of pellet size and OPC communication functions,through real-time image processing,effectively detect the current production of pellet size and distribution and other information,and timely feedback information.The system plays a positive role in improving pelletizing production efficiency,improving resource utilization and reducing personnel cost.
