Studying And Screening On Special Demulsifier For High Gluey, Asphaltum And Viscosity Petroleum

The petroleum of BoHai bay is a kind of high gluey, asphaltum and viscosity crude oil. Its emulsion is very difficult to be broke, only less than high pour point and heavy crude oil. And it is always a serious problem to choose several good kinds of demulsifiers in the oil gathering process of BoHai bay. This paper starts with the demulsifying mechanism. After the analysis of the oil components of BoHai Oil Field and the influence on the stabilization of emulsion, synthetic scheme was drawned up and the demulsifiers were synthesized. And high efective demulsifiers were developed through "combination and post-treatment". They had good performance in both domestic and field experiments. Economic and social benefits were gained.
