RT-base scientific name is 4-aminodiphenylamine, again the name for p-aminodiphenylamine .It is a kind of important fine chemical engineering intermediate body. It can be used for rubber chemicals,dyestuff, spin and weave, print and pharmacy industry,etc.. Primarily it is used for produce 2 benzene amine kind of rubber antideteriorant as 4010NA,4020,688 etc.. According to incompletely statistics, now in the prosper nations ,the use of 4010NA and 4020 is measure to share the 70% usage of total rubber chemicals deal. For this reason ,the production technology, quanlity and cost of p-aminodiphenylamine is the emphases for related enterprises at home and abroad to study.It is the excellent intermediate body for 2 benzene amine kind of rubber antideteriorant of performance for p-aminodiphenylamine. Its quality and cost directly concerns 4010NA , 4020 and 688 rubber chemicals producing and using. In recent years , rubber chemicals market competition is very hot at home and abroad. The production technology of p-aminodiphenylamine is very important. It is introduced the production technology and prospect of development production to p-aminodiphenylamine at home and abroad. It also studied the production technology of p-aminodiphenylamine in our plant .It was studied using Skeleton Nickel catalyst and p-nitrodiphenyamine to produce p-aminodiphenylamine by hydrogenation. We studied affection with raw material,reaction temperation,reaction pressure,water,impure material to hydrogenation. The following results and conclusions had been reached :Using Skeleton Nickel catalyst, reaction temperation is at 160-170℃, reaction pressure is at 1.8-2.2 MPa. The production had good quality .
