With the rapid development of NC technology and the wide use of NC machine tools, the traditional NC test equipment and methods gradually have their own limitations, so it is of great significance to develop efficient NC experimental training devices and to accelerate the training of NC talents. The new NC equipment --STAR-06T NC integrated experimental platform is studied in this paper. The followings are the main contents of this paper:(1)The overall design of STAR-06T NC integrated experimental platform is finished, including the choice and configuration of hardware, the connection, and the circuit design of FANUC 0i Mate-TC NC system.(2)The methods of setting the parameters of STAR-06T NC integrated experimental platform and generating the PMC programs, and the operation and function of the test platform are analyzed in this paper. The switching value I/O address allocation, electrical circuit design, and the setting of common points of failure are studied in detail.(3)Based on the study of basic concepts and the organization technology of the LAN, the LAN for STAR-06T NC integrated experimental platform is designed, the functions of the platform are expanded, and the effect is greatly enhanced.
