| "Green toys", have been paid much attention, because new regulations and criterions, made by global toy-industry, engender prodigious trouble for our exportation of plastic toys. Starch, as the abundant and renewable resources in nature, are non-toxic and biodegradable, thus its utilization have become the focus of research in the field of truly biodegradable material science. But its application is restricted by poor process properties, mechanical properties and water-resistance. In my research it has been proved: many properties of starch and starch material, such as freeze-thaw stability, resist shearing strength, heat-resistant stability, consistent with PVA, can be improved greatly when starch is modified by acetic esterfication and phosphorylation, and many properties of sta rch material, such as strength, flexibility, water-resistance, also can be improved greatly when metamorphic starch is cross-linked, plasticized, strengthened at the same time. Therefore, starch plastics provide reliable path, which solve worldly pollution of plastics and green-rampart for exportation, have a boundless prospective and bright future. In the thesis, it has been reviewed that the research situation at home and abroad and developing trend of plastic toy, biodegradable plastics and starch esterfication. To the existing problems in biodegradable plastics, an ideal to empolder starch-based full-biodegradable toys with good process properties, mechanical properties and water-resistance has been provided. With corn starch as main material, the new style green starch-toys were molded by compression molding via stepwise modification and powdery blending. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:1. The optimal operating conditions of low degree of substitution(DS) of starch acetic ester were: reaction time 1. 5h, reaction temperature 28℃, pH 8. 4, the consumption of aceticanhydride15%.2. The regression equation describing the relation betwen degree of substitution(DS) and different preparation conditions was obtained by using the five—factors... |
