| First, the weather resistance ability of the several frequently used fluorocarbon resins was researched. In the course of the researching, acrylic resin self-made was blent into the fluorocarbon resin, turned into paint film, then performed the UV-ageing test and exposure test in air after the film cured completely, measuring the brightness and the color aberration of the film in stationary time space. Analyzing the experimental findings the result can be known: the weather resistance ability of the fluorocarbon resin F5 is the best, even though, which of the mixture of the F5 and the acrylic resin is better than the pure the fluorocarbon resin.Second, through the salt spray test and the moist heat test the best anticorrosive system was found: Epoxy zinc rich primer + MIO(micaceous iron oxide) epoxy middle coating + Normal temperature cure fluorocarbon top-coat. After the test of resistance to chemicals to all the fluorocarbon resin, finding that the chemical resistance of the fluorocarbon F2 and F5 is better than others.Finally, the self-cleaning ability of the film was researched preliminarily. According to the self-orientation character of the fluorocarbon chains in the course of paint film curing, synthesizing a longer fluorocarbon chain polymer FT-1. Adding the polymer into the paint, and measuring the contact angle after the film cured. And the contact angle is approach 120° , so the surface energy lowed greatly. The test of X-ray photoelectron spectrometry(XPS) approved the fluorocarbon chains happens to the self-orientation phenomenon. Then the lower surface energy film was tested for the self-cleaning ability according to the MIL-PRF-85285D. The result of the test satisfied the requirement of the task completely. |
