Many industrial sewage has the characteristics such as the high organic concentration, the biodegradation difference, much biology toxicity etc . This kind of industrial sewage has the major difficulty in the technology and the economy using the traditional biological disposal technology treating this kind of industrial sewage , because of the biological strong selectivity and the inefficiency processing . It has already imperative to research and develop a kind of high-efficient, low-energy , and easy operating sewage treatment technology. Nowdays the photocatalytic technology was considered as one of the water treatment technologies in the future . If this technology develops successfully, it will certainly have the great scientific value, the economy and environment benefit. This article has conducted the detailed research and discussion on this question.According to the principle of the technological advance and the economical reasonable , this artile use the ordinary glass sheet and the glass spring coil as the load catalyst carrier. It has been carried out for the coated photocatalyst preparation and its performance , and given for the optimized catalyst preparation methods. The photocatalytic oxidation of methylene blue was investigated . The result shows that this photocatalyst has the better catalysis activation and longer useful life. It has designed one kind of fixed-packed bed photoreactor according to the characteristic of the coated photocatalyst . It has determind this reactor perform condition and dynamics parameter through experiment and given the kinetics mode. The research indicated that this reactor fix to the ideal CSTR kinetics model, the degradation of methylene blue fix to level kinetics model, and this photoreactor design is easy to industrialization. With applying the photoreactor to carry out the actual industrial waste , including dyeing water , paper making waste water , and the pharmacy waster water. It showed that the CODcr of the waste water increased, the BOD5/CODcr improved in the treating process. This study provide a new technical way for the research of the unbio-degradation organic.
