ASP flooding has been used widely in major oil fields as an economical and efficient technology to improve oil recovery. The sewage of ASP flooding contains a large amount of residual polymer and surfactant, whose existence makes sewage treatment very difficult. Oil fields are in urgent need of sewage processing and the sewage should be qualified after treatment. The effect of conventional processing methods on ASP flooding sewage are not very ideal. It is necessary to explore a new processing method. As a economic, new and green wastewater treatment technology, photocatalysis will be more and more widely applied. In this paper, we put forward the photocatalytic method to deal with the sewage of ASP flooding. Sol gel method was selected in synthesis of nanometer titanium dioxide, which was modified by doping metal ions. The prepared photocatalyst was used in the photocatalytic degradation of polyacrylamide and dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium. Photocatalyst with good degradation performance was selected and the factors influencing photocatalytic performance was explored. The research showed that the photocatalytic effect of nano titanium dioxide is obvious, and the effect was strengthened after doping modification. Acidic condition was suitable for sol-gel method; The most appropriate time was 1h for stirring and mixing, and 5h for calcining; The titanium dioxide doped with 0.3% tungsten had the best photocatalytic effect in degradation of surfactant and polymer; The interference experiment proved that degradating both of them at the same time was available; Light and photocatalyst were the necessary conditions for photocatalytic reaction having good effect; The best distance between light and reactor was 10 cm; The best acid and alkali environment for degradation was p H=3; The best inputs for the degradation of polymer and surfactant are 1.20% and 0.11% respectively; The degradation rates of polymer and surfactant individually were 74.32% and 78.83%; The interference experiment has proved that they can be degraded simultaneously without interfering each other too much and their degradation rates were 76.80% and 71.43%; When degradate ASP flooding sewage from scene at the same time, the average degradation rates of polymer and surfactant(petroleum sulfonate) were 65.72 % and 61.23%.
