For a long time, coal-fired boilers' fouling and slagging is one of difficult problems which do harm to the safety and the economy of boilers. In our country, tinpot coal is the important fuel in thermal power plants. And manifold coal is another characteristic in our electric power. So the problem of slagging is prominent in thermal power plant in our country. Slagging is very complicated. There are many factors can affect slagging. But the speciality of fuel is the most important one.To find out what impact can make the silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide and sodium oxide, magnesia, titanium oxide, sulphide and the unburned carbon in the ash, in this paper, we study these composition. The experiment uses the factitious ash which is composed by the chemical based on the content-character of the Shenmu coal. Measure the samples' melt point and shear resistance. Analyze the XRD chart. And it is found what impact one of composition can make to the Shenmu coal the to the other composition.It is can be concluded that how silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, ferric oxide, calcium oxide and sodium oxide, magnesia, titanium oxide, sulphide and the unburned carbon affect the ash and each other. More aluminum oxide and more titanium oxide can raise the melt point. More ferric oxide and more sodium oxide can reduce the melt point. Silicon dioxide and calcium oxide has dual effect. The effect of sulphide and the unburned carbon is complicated. Magnesia can make little impact on the melt point. |
