| With the development of industry and agriculture, as well as the exploiture of ocean resources, products which contain heavy metals (Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd) were widely used. Heavy metal pollution in piscatorial environment has aroused extensive attention, and it becomes the main matter as the ocean resources and environment research, and it has received more and more attention about the affect that heavy metals to the seafood. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (abbr. PAHs) are a large group of organic pollutants, which are composed of structurally similar multiple benzene rings, and widely distributed in the environments. Owing to their latent harm to the environment, increasing attention of the public was focused on the movement and control discipline of them. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), which is a kind of hazardous substance for its' nondegradable, carcinogenicity, accumulation and nonvolatility characteristics, has external effect on the environment. Due to its extensive distribution and long duration, it is hazardous to human's health. In this study, it reports the heavy metals (Cu, Cd, Cr, Pb, Zn) in marine organisms of Zhanjiang and Yangjiang in western Guangdong of China, and the contents of PAHs in marine organisms of Zhoushan archipelago comprehensively. There were 21 sampling sites established in the heavy metals investigating areas, including 14 tideland sites, 4 cage mariculture areas of fish and 3 seafoods markets. The investigation was located from July to August of 2004. All living samples were digested by nitric acid, and all trace metals were determined by graphite-flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry (GAAS). In this thesis, it adopted metal pollution index to compare the otherness between different organisms, and introduced the "Evaluation standards of trace metal elements in aquatic organisms" and the "Limiting standard of noxious and nocuous matters for aquatic products" to evaluate the pollution levels and edible security. While there were 14 sampling stations in this investigation, which located in tideland of 8 isles respectively, and the sampling time was from July to August of 2005. It adopted the Ultrasonic extraction method, following the extraction, condensation, depuration, and recondensation and then dilute to volume. The concentrations of PAHs in organisms were determinated by HPLC. It founded an integrated method and technology of PAHs analysis in organisms in this thesis. The results showed, there was an aggravating trend in metal pollution in this area, and... |
