| Reconstituted decorative lumber is a new kind of decorative material. Its development is very important to the natural forest protection and fast-growing wood use. The shape of the texture is very important to the quality of the product. In this paper, the texture stimulation and design was the research subject.In this paper, computer image processing and computer aided designing technology were used in the texture stimulation of the reconstituted decorative lumber. The parameters of the mould, the thickness of the veneer, and the cutting angle were obtained by identifying, analyzing and calculating the curve. On the basis of the parameters, a three-dimension design software was used to stimulate the cutting of the wood block, and the optimal parameters were obtained. This method changes the traditional manufacturing method of the mould, and enhances the accuracy of the manufacturing process.A mathematics model, which was about the relationship of shape of the mould, thickness and combination of the veneer, cutting angle and the texture shape of the reconstituted decorative lumber was established. On the basis of the model, a texture design program was written. In this program, after inputting some relative parameters, the corresponding texture shape could be seen in the program window. The program was testified a scientific and easily used one .The innovation of the paper was the application of computer image processing, computer aided design and modeling technology to the texture stimulation and design. A method of texture design was put forward, a program was drawn up, and it was testified in the lab. |
