JinYin Sheng.Mai GuanXin Capsule has been developed on the base of JinYin GuanXin decoction with ShengMaiYin as an addition. JinYin ShengMai GuanXin Capsule contains eight kinds of herbs, such as Honeysuckle, Radix Scrophularae ect. It was applicable to cure coronary heart diseases with various causes in view of the traditional Chinese medicine.The thesis is about optimizing extraction conditions by orthogonal design, preparation technology, standard quality, safe life and parmcodynamics as well. With the orthogonal table L9(31), the optimum extraction process of Honeysuckle: solvent was 70% ethanol, 10 times of herbs in weight; extracting time was lhour, three times. The optimum extraction conditiohs of the others were as follows: the amount of water for decoction was 8 times as much as herbs and herbs was decocted 3 times, 2 hours every time. The decoction was concentrated to the extent that its relative density was 1. 10(20°C) .The ethanol was added into it up to 50%. Percolation was used to extract ShengMaiYin with its optimum conditions as follow: take 65% ethanol as solvent, the amount of solvent was 16 times of herbs, flow rate was 1ml kg-1min-1. Preparation experimental results suggested that it was suitable to use 80% ethanol and 5%MCC to make granule with good flow ability and hygroscopic ability.Established TLC. methods to identify Radix Et Rhizome Salvias Miltiorrhizae, Rax angelicas sinensis, Radixet rhizoma ginseng and Radix ophiopogonis.
