The Technology Study On PET FDY44D Filament By Direct Spinning Of Polymer

With the development of society and economy, there are more requirements on the clothes in recent years. But the traditional chemical filaments are more and more difficult to meet people's demands for their shortages. In this paper ,the production of FDY 44dtex fine filament by improvement plant is discussed .Spinpack is important for spinning ,the melt spinneret effect the quality of filament and the stability of procession .In thin paper ,the design of spinnerets and the determination of the reasonable size in geometry for the given feed polymer and spinning technology are illustrated with the aid of rheological theory ,And the west range of spinpack pressure is discussed .In spinning , the style of oiling effect the quality of filament and the stability of procession .In this article , the west style of oiling for series production is discussed.The reasons for different cooling effects obtained by filament on the same spinneret in its solidification are analysed ,some necessary conditions which can ensure for the filaments homogeneous and solidification are put forward.All of the spinning stress and drawing ratio and the press of pre-interlace effect the filament quality.
