Study On The Deterioration Of Tensile Properties Of Pet Staple Fiber On Oil

In order to study on the deterioration of tensile properties of staple fiber on long chain oil, we analyse the chang of tensile properties and structure of fiber which use different oil in production and we also analyse oil properties, the connection of PH and alkali content of oil. Finally, we have discoved that the importance reson is over alkali incuded in the oil. The mechanism of the effect of tensile properties of PET fiber on oil is analysed in this paper. We study the effect of tensile properties of PET fiber on oil PH, process, soakage time, storage condition,arrangement. We find that oil PH, concentration, temperature, soakage time, storage condition, arrangement have a certainty effect on tensile properties of PET fiber.The effect of finished fiber on oil is bigger than it of spun fiber in the tenchnological process dicussed in this paper.In order to resolve the effect of tensile properties of PET fiber on oil, we constitute countermeasures to adjust arrangement and improve on component. At the same time, we observe the change of tensile properties and spinning properties of PET fiber in the trials. Finally, we fix on optimal PH in oil production by the trials and assure the stabilizations and uniformities of PET fiber.
