In this thesis, two series compounds of 2-aminoaroyl pyrido[2,3-b] thiazoles (2a~2l) and thiadiazoles (4a~4f) were synthesized by using the reagent of manganese triacetate. We also applied it to do thiocyanation of aromatics and heteroaromatics, and got (6a~6j) and (8a~8h). Then we developed a microwave-assisted, catalyst-free and solvent-free reaction for the synthesis ofα-amino phosphonates (9a~9l).In addition we studied on the cyclic reaction between 1-benzoyl-3-arylthioureas and hydrazine hydrate, and a series compounds of triazoles (11a~11g) were synthesized. All the structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS spectra.
