Study On Fufang Lipid-lowering Dropping Pills

A systematically study on the preparation technics, quality standard, stability and rudiment pharmacodynamics of fufang lipid-lowering dropping pills was carried out. The main contents and conclusions were as follows:1. According to the prescription's function and property of every medicinal meterials, extraction process was designed.(1)The orthogonal design was carried out for the extraction of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb. Stilbene glucoside ( 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2 -o-β-D-glycoside) as the indexes, the optimal exctraction conditions were as follows :the ethanol concentration at 60%, extracted twice with 8 times 60%ethanol, 60min for each time(2)The optimal condition for purification of stilbene glucoside by macroporous adsorptive resins was as follows: concentration: 0.13g /mL, flow rate: 1.0mL/min, pH =8.0 as the best adsorption condition; 30% ethanol 13BV, and 50% ethanol 10BV as best elution condition. The adsorption quantity was 39.66mg/g, and the elution quantity was 80.47%.The concentration was more than 50%, and the yield was 76% follow as the best extraction and purification condition.2. A systematically study on the preparation of fufang lipid-lowering dropping pills. The adjuvant was PEG4000:PEG6000=7:3, and drug: adjuvant=1:3. The pills were beautiful.3. The quality standard of the preparation was established. The Radix Puerariae, Fructus Crataegi and Radix Polygoni Multiflori were identified by TLC. The puerarin and stilbene glucoside was identified by HPLC. The content of puerarin and stilbene glucoside was not less than 0.8% and 1.8%.4. The stability of the preparation was studied. The appearance, content and dissolution rate of the preparation were examined by influence factor test, accelerating test. The results show that the temperature and humidity in room could affect the preparation. Therefore the property of preparation should be kept close tightly in shady and cool place.5. Rudiment pharmacodynamics was carried out. The test results show that the fufang lipid-lowering dropping pills can low lipid.
