Study On The Plans Of Ecologial Emvironmental Protection Of Lianyungang Ocean

With the development of the ocean high-tech and the ocean exploitation, ocean industry is being the mainstay of the national economy. The city of Lianyungang is joint near the east of Huang Sea with the abundance of the sea resources and region-predominance, so its ocean economy is very important for the development of itself and Jiangsu Province. But the eco-environment around the offing is destroyed because of the ocean exploitation. So how to protect the sea environment and exploit the sea continuablely is the urgent affairs now. The general situation of sea, its exploitation, the trend of quantity of the pollutant discharged into the sea, the quality of sea eco-environment near Lianyungang City is reseached in the paper. The measure of contamination prevention and sea environmental protection in the year of 2010 and 2020 respectively is bring forward, and also the sea ecosystem function is divided into some sections.
