Design And Implementation Of The Tobacco Leaf Data Analyse System

The traditional design methodology of cigarette formula is to mix the tobacco leaves from different regions and of different levels according to the quality standard of different levels. Since the evaluation to the quality of cigarette has developed from the merely tasting assess to its combination with the chemical analysis to the internal components such as nitrogen, sugar, nicotine and protein, the study on the chemical components of cigarette has been took into consideration. Therefore, the method of evaluating the quality of cigarette by the contents of its chemical components sets up the foundation of directing the design of cigarette formula from the perspective of tobacco chemistry.And with the foundation, it is possible to improve the method of the design of cigarette formula, and exalt the design method of cigarette to a new level.Aiming at the information requirement of the computer-aided formula design method in Chang Sha Cigarette Factory, this thesis studies the relevant relationship between the ideal contents of tobacco leaves and the tasting assess, and sets up a chemical indexes taste computing assess model based on the available tobacco leaf chemical indexes assess standard data and the application software system which is designed and developed by the B/S model and to the target language. Through this new model and the tobacco leaf chemical indexes assess standard data, it is permitted to predict the tasting standard value of the tobacco leaf, and then provide scientific basis for the choice of tobacco leaf to the cigarette formula.Mainly, this thesis includes the following achievements:1.It puts forward a practical and reasonable taste assess method for the tobacco leaf components through the computer-aided design methodology.2.It establishes the tobacco leaf physical and chemical estimating model for each method by using least square and nerve networks, it compares the two models by computing and illustrate the basic theory and method of the critical pricing module of the tobacco leaf analyzing system.3.Analyzing the ideal value, tasting assess value in quality and future development tendency of a certain level of tobacco leaf in different regions, different years and different kinds of cigarette.4.Realizing the tobacco leaf analyzing system needs three critical technology, mainly including the original coding management tool——Visual SouceSafe, writing the Sql sentences by the Xml file,the data connect in the form of ADO.Net and the multilevel safe management mechanism.5.Based on the platform of ASP.Net as well as the thought and the method of application software engineering, a data analysis system on tobacco leaf is analyzed , designed and realized.
