| The method to processed Maojian-tea artificially which is easy to make the quality irregular, great labor intensity to workers, low productivity, the great difficulty to obtain benefit is the bottleneck to restriction superior-tea industrial production. In order to change present situation, the small Maojian-tea processing machine must be developed. Based on the actual situation of Hunan Province, this paper developed a kind of small Maojian-tea processing machine.Based on the analysis and the investigation of Guzhang Maojian-tea processing traditional technology, machine-processing technology is formulated, and the elementary action is determined. According to the elementary action which is requested, the eccentric mechanism, the elevation angle adjustment mechanism and the pressure control mechanism have been designed and analyzed.According to Maojian-tea processing traditional technology, the primary factor of tea processing is mechanism orbit; kinematics model of the mechanism has been established; kinematics equation of the tea-processing arm has been inferred; orbit of tea-processing arm has been obtained, and the difference orbit of the different processing procedure has been compared. Length parameter of each member hasobtained, LOA = 50 ～ 115mm, LOB = 200 mm, LBC= 645 mm.Maojian-tea processing machine have been designed with Pro/Engineer. Dynamic simulation and interference inspection have been done. Components have been designed with part module. According to the mutual position and the movement relations of components, the components have been assembled. Dynamic display and interference in the movement has been inspected with the assembly module.
